Harmonizing data from lifestyle trials to inform realistic lifestyle changes that support cognitive health.
At a Glance:
The InLife study is funded by the National Institute of Aging. InLife will pool and harmonize data from 13 US-based clinical trials that targeted at least one lifestyle health behavior to prevent cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s Disease in older adults. In doing so, InLife will create the first harmonized dataset of U.S. trials testing lifestyle health behavior interventions for cognitive outcomes, with the power to examine specific combinations of these lifestyle factors that have the greatest impact and to move towards individualized recommendations for practical lifestyle changes.
